Purposeful Play Therapy Center is a pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to helping children build confidence, resilience, and functional skills through meaningful, play based experiences.
We believe children learn best when they feel safe, motivated, and genuinely engaged. Our therapy sessions are strengths based and interest driven, using play, movement, creativity, and real life activities to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, attention, and participation in everyday routines at home, school, and in the community.
In addition to individual therapy, Purposeful Play Therapy Center offers small group programs and workshops designed to support skill building in a social and collaborative setting. Groups may focus on areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, handwriting, and social participation. We also provide workshops and trainings for parents, educators, and community organizations, with an emphasis on practical strategies to better support neurodivergent learners.
At Purposeful Play Therapy Center, we partner closely with families, educators, and caregivers to better understand each child’s unique needs and environment. Services are individualized, neurodiversity affirming, and rooted in evidence based occupational therapy practice.
Our goal is simple to help children move from frustration to function and to feel capable, supported, and proud of who they are along the way.
School Services
Purposeful Play Therapy Center provides school-based occupational therapy services through contractual agreements with public and private schools. Districts and administrators seeking service coverage or consultation may submit an inquiry to discuss availability, scope of services, and contract details.
